Jobshadowing in Erasmus+ is an opportunity to learn from other methodologies and teaching approaches in Europe, exchange experiences and reflect on educational systems. It’s an enriching experience that can help you grow professionally and improve your teaching practice.
This week, we’ve had the opportunity to observe the school’s methodology, which has been a truly enriching experience. We’ve gained valuable insights and ideas to take back to our school in Granada. The teachers’ activities have been engaging, interactive, and student-centered, making learning a fun and dynamic process. By observing classes across various subjects and levels, we’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of the school’s approach and values. The teaching staff have been incredibly welcoming, and we’re grateful for this experience.
Gracias por vuestra acogida e implicación con nosotras. Nos llevamos un recuerdo imborrable de esta enriquecedora experiencia.
During our CLIL lesson combining Art and English, students learned about the stages of plant growth: seed, germination, seedling, and adult plant. We began by introducing key vocabulary in English using pictures and simple definitions. Then, students used playdough to model each stage of a plant’s growth. While working, they practiced using English to describe what they were making. The lesson combined science, language, and hands-on creativity, helping students learn in an engaging and memorable way.
